The Fort Mill Band returned from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Saturday with a 3rd place finish in the 3-A national semi-finals. This is the first time the band has placed in the top 3 of its class. The competition included 100 bands from 23 states and finished 19th in the Coliseum.
Meanwhile a group of Middle Schoolers will be headed to Columbia At the beginning of December for the Bar State Middle School Mock Trial Competition. The group advanced to Columbia after winning the South Carolina Bar Greenville Regional Middle School Mock Trial Competition back on November 4th.
The state competition will be take place at the Richland County Central Court in the Decker Center in Columbia.
