According to Rock Hill police 17 year old Kayla Knapp was charged with assault after she tried to use two kitchen knives to attack her stepfather, who defended himself with a toy lightsaber. Officers were called to an apartment off Celanese Road last night to secure the scene for emergency medical officials. After the teenager picked up the knives..the stepfather hit her multiple times with the plastic lightsaber in defense. Knapp was charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. No other charges were filed.
