According to captain Brent Allmon of the Rock Hill Police Department 20-year-old Xavier Kelley was charged after a shooting near the Adams Grocery convenience store on South Wilson Street in Rock Hill.
The incident took place Thursday afternoon when police were told a gray car sped away after an SUV was hit several times with gunfire. Nobody was listed as injured.
Kelly was charged with attempted murder, two weapons charges, probation violations and malicious damage to the property. He remains jailed under a $100,000 bond.
