SC-DHEC this afternoon announced additional positive cases of COVID-19 among students in York County School Districts. Rock Hill School District 3 has reported 3 additional positive student cases. The Fort Mill School District has 2 active student cases. Clover HS added a few additional student cases. York SD 1 has had 0 positive cases.
527 new cases of the virus were announced statewide. York County had 34, Lancaster County had 7 and Chester County had 1. 4,007 people were tested for the virus on Monday and 13.2% tested positive.
22 additional confirmed deaths were also announced. The death total is now 3,173.
