South Carolina has now reached a total of 8,816 cases of COVID-19 after SC-DHEC reported 163 new cases on Sunday. 3 were reported in York County, 2 in Lancaster and 1 in Chester.
York County now has 293 cases, Lancaster County has 111 and Chester County has 42.

SC-DHEC is also reporting 5 additional deaths. Four of those deaths occurred in elderly individuals in Dillon (1), Horry (1), Richland (1) and Sumter (1) counties, and one death occurred in a middle-aged individual in Florence County (1).
