South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster announced Monday afternoon he will be lifting restrictions on close contact businesses, effective Monday, May 18th at 12:01 a.m.
The lifting of the restriction affects barbershops, hair salons, waxing salons, nail salons, tattoos and massage parlors, gyms, spas, pools and more.
