The Rock Hill Planning Commission Tuesday evening approved a preliminary site plan for the new Carolina Panthers team headquarters. The approval is contingent upon City Council’s final reading of the land development agreement along with annexation and rezoning. Council’s next meeting is scheduled for this coming Monday.
