The Rock Hill Criminal Investigations Division of the Rock Hill Police Department are conducting a homicide investigation after having received a call there was a shooting victim in the area of Blackmon Street and Archer Drive Monday afternoon.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the 24-year-old male victim unresponsive after suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS responded, however the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
