A Lake Wylie lake front home caught fire last evening as fire departments from both Carolinas were on the scene to fight it.
According to a report, the fire was reported before 7 pm yesterday and it remains unclear if there have been any injuries. A fire suppression boat was sent by the Charlotte Fire department to fight the fire from the water.
Both Steele Creeke and Bethel Volunteer firefighters were on the scene. No other details have been released.
