The City of Rock Hill will soon be rolling out a system that will show people in more detail the utilities that they use on a regular basis. Deputy City Manager Jimmy Bagley said the initiative is called AMI and said the system will allow you to view your consumption rates throughout the day.
Bagley said they plan on rolling the system out in the summer and plan to have everyone in the system by October. Customers will be able to access their usage summaries from their computers…smartphones or kiosks at City Hall
