It’s the state’s lowest rate since June 2001.
York County’s jobless rate fell from 5.3% to 5.1 % last month.
Lancaster County’s rate decreased from 6% to 5.7%, while Chester County’s rate rose from 7.9% in June to 8.1%in July.
