In a press conference yesterday Legion Collegiate Academy announced that they have identified new property for their new charter school.
The school is expected to open the first Tuesday after Labor Day. Project Coordinator Jack Frost said in the meantime they are also searching for a temporary site.
Yesterday the school named Dr. TK Kennedy as their new principal. Kennedy has served 27 years in the public education system as a teacher…coach and school administrator…most recently serving at York Prep Academy as Director of School Operations following four years as principal.
