Mulvaney defeated Person 59.15% to 38.81% on a statewide level

The difference between the two was 1300 votes.  based on last nights totals Blackwell, Johnson Cox and Love will receive 4 year terms and the other three council members will receive 2 year terms until the next election in 2018.  Anderson voted 57-43 percent against 4 year staggered terms for county council making them the only county in the state without staggered terms

The liquor referendums in Chester and Lancaster counties passed by 60 percent margins
