The Rock Hill School District has said allegations made by parent’s that their child’s bus driver was “out of control” and “put every child’s life in danger,” are not all true.
Ashley Young made a Facebook post on Wednesday voicing her concern about the driver of her daughter’s school bus. Young said children were crying and comforting each other after the bus almost flipped and was driving off the side of the road.
Rock Hill District spokesperson Mychal Frost said there are video cameras on the buses, they have looked into the issue, spoken to parents and the issue has been resolved. The District does not intend to make the video available to parents. the bus ride happened Tuesday afternoon.
