Summer is over and children all around York, Chester and Lancaster County headed back to school, yesterday. The new school year marks new beginnings for multiple Districts.
Dr. Bill Cook and Shelia Quinn began their new roles as Superintendent’s of the Rock Hill and Clover School District. The York School District has called special meetings for this Wednesday and Thursday to discuss their search for a new Superintendent.
Former Superintendent Dr. Vernon Prosser stepped down as Superintendent back in June and the District has yet to name his replacement.
Among other school district changes Marty Connor replaced Al Leonard as principal at South pointe High School and Gale Scroggs is the new Principal at Fort Mill High School.
