Rock Hill police have arrested 47-year-old Dewight Baird of Rock Hill in Charlotte this morning for the murder of Terrance Williams. Police said they responded around 11:40 a.m. at The Oaks at Little Dutch Creek apartments on Celanese Road.
Officers said they found Terrence Williams, 32, who had been shot and killed. Baird is being held in Charlotte on the charges of Murder and Possession of a Firearm during a Crime of Violence.
The detectives are currently in the process of extraditing Baird back to South Carolina.
