Crystal Distribution Incorporated, one of the nations largest manufacturers of curb adapters is slated to bring in 4.8 million dollars in investment and create up to 83 jobs by building a 50 thousand square foot distribution center in Rock Hill.
The company is moving from Charlotte to the SouthCross Corporate center in Rock Hill.
Construction is expected to be finished in early 2017 and hiring is expected to begin later next year.
CDI’s center will be a build-to-suit light manufacturing and distribution facility. CDI Chief Financial Officer John Gerold said in a statement that the new facility will increase the company’s manufacturing space by 40 percent.
